The mission of Pinnacle Five is to help Veterans and their families transition to civilian life productively by:

  • Educating the public about the value of hiring veterans and gaining corporate commitment to provide jobs, housing, and mentoring for veterans/families.
  • Serving as a bridge between the Veteran community and resources available to them.
  • Strengthening citizenship by connecting corporate support and veterans in educational outreach targeted to schools where we prepare kids to be citizens.

  • *We contribute a percentage of all fees to veteran-led Citizen Building programs in schools.

As the senior enlisted service members in the U.S. Military we spent much of our careers preparing, leading, and supporting the force – ensuring soldiers, marines, sailors, airmen, and coast guardsmen were ready and able to defend our freedoms. We strived to take care of their families too. Now, we’re teaming to deliver this message:

A U.S. Veteran makes a great employee.

Our Vets need jobs, and organizations everywhere need more education about the veteran skill sets and capabilities.

We'd love to talk with you and your leadership team about this important topic.

It's time to care.
